As we adopt additional technology, we may also gather information through other means.

We may use log files to track how the Site is being accessed and used. Log files track anonymous user information such as IP addresses, browser types, Internet service providers, referring and exit pages, date and time stamps, number of clicks to, from, and within the Site, and device information. We may also use clear GIF Tracking Pixels to track user movement through our Site for aggregated Site traffic measuring. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

We may obtain location information about your business from information you provide in your company’s account. With your consent, we may also determine location by using other information from your device, such as precise location information from GPS or information about wireless networks or cell towers near your electronic device. We may use and store information about your location to provide features and to improve and customize the Services, for example, for REASON AND REMEDY’s internal analytics and performance monitoring; localization, regional requirements, and policies for the Services; for local content, search results, and recommendations; for mapping services; and (using non-precise location information) marketing. If you have consented to share your precise device location details but would no longer like to continue sharing that information with us, you may revoke your consent to the sharing of that information through the settings on your electronic device. We will only share your geolocation details with third parties to provide you with the Services.

If you no longer want REASON AND REMEDY to use your information to provide the Services to you, you may close your account. REASON AND REMEDY will retain and use your business information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

We also retain log files for internal analysis purposes. These log files are generally retained for a brief period, except in cases where they are used for Site safety and security, to improve site functionality, or we are legally obligated to retain them for longer time periods.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this Site, you can request to receive an exported file of the business information we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. In certain circumstances, you can also request we erase any business information we hold about you. Protection Of Certain Information, Communications And Opt Out

REASON AND REMEDY discloses business information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (a) need to know such information to process it on REASON AND REMEDY’s behalf or to provide the Services, and (b) have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using the Site, you consent to transferring such information to them. REASON AND REMEDY will not rent or sell your business information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, REASON AND REMEDY discloses business information only as described in this Privacy Policy.

By submitting company contact information, you represent, warrant and agree that you are giving your express consent for us to contact your company, and you agree that we may communicate with the designated company contact via email, newsletters, telephone solicitations, and courtesy communications. After you submit a request to be contacted, you may expect to receive a confirmation email or telephone call from us. Such consent remains fully intact until you rescind such consent in writing as further described below.

If you are a registered user of the Site and have supplied an email address for a company contact, REASON AND REMEDY may occasionally send such contact an email to inform users of new features or technical issues of our Site (including, without limitation, changes to our software, for any reason involving security), solicit feedback, or update users regarding REASON AND REMEDY’s business and the products featured on our Site. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. REASON AND REMEDY takes reasonable measures to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of business information.

If your company does not want to receive communications from us in the future, please send us an email or write to us at the address listed at the end of this Privacy Policy and provide all information that was originally provided to us by your company. Please allow approximately fourteen (30) business days to process such request. Your election to opt-out is only effective regarding future delivery of communications sent directly from us.

If, in the future, we decide to use business information for uses not previously disclosed in our Privacy Policy, you may prevent your business information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by sending us an email or writing to us at the address listed at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy Changes

REASON AND REMEDY may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in REASON AND REMEDY’s sole discretion. REASON AND REMEDY encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated Date” of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this Site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.

Geographic Restrictions

We may limit the availability of the Site to any person or geographic area at any time. If you choose to access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk.

Do Not Track

Except as provided for in this Privacy Policy, REASON AND REMEDY does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. However, some third-party websites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such websites, most web browsers (like Safari) allow you to set the DNT signal on your browser so third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.

Your account information is protected by a password.
